What is a childhood memory that still haunts you?

This may seem weird...but when I was about 12 "wonder phone" or three way calling had just become popular. One of my friends tried to call another friend, but she wasn't home, we didn't hang up properly which meant their answering machine recorded our whole long conversation. Where I started to talk some crap about that friend...I was 12 don't judge me! LoL!! In any case her mom was pissed, confronted me, basically blackmailed me saying that if I ever step out of line again she'd share the tape with my parents. Ever since then if I use 3 way calling, I hang up like three times before I start talking again!! LoL...I'm not talking too much crap...LoL!!

What's your favorite thing about being sick?

Catchin' up on daytime TV I don't usually watch cuz I'm at work...and sometimes you lose weight! LoL!!

What is the worst date you've ever been on?

The absolutely WORST date I've even been on had to be my Junior Prom night. Prom was in April, but I had asked a guy, that I had been crushing on for MONTHS, to go with me in January. The weeks leading up to prom we had discussed logistics, like who would drive, pictures, color of dress/suit, etc...You know all the regular prom stuff. So we decided that I would drive, okay every girl would love to get wisked away, but I knew he didn't have a car, so okay. As for pictures, he actually offered to pay for the entire package...what a nice guy!! I hadn't seen it, but he said he had a suit that would match my dress.

So I pick him up...he doesn't have flowers...he said his mom was gonna bring them to the hotel...it wasn't until the next day I realized that he didn't even know which hotel the prom was going to be at...freakin' liar!! Then I give him a maile lei (that's customary in Hawaii), he asks if its okay for him to leave it in the car cause it's makin' his neck itchy...ummm, okay...I guess I should've just left the $50 bill layin' in the back seat instead of buying him a lei! Then we check in and decide to take pictures before it gets too crowded. The girl tells me its costs $80-something...I honestly can't remember...I turn to him and tell him and this happens:

Me: Oh the pictures are $80-something or other

Him: I don't have any money...

Me: Oh, you said you'd pay for the pictures...

Him: No I didn't...why would I pay for pictures? It's your prom.

So I'm fuming...pretty pissed, but okay...whatever! I now have to walk nearly 2 blocks in my high heels, prom gown, and updo to find an ATM...bobby pins are falling out of my hair! All the while, he told me he'd wait at the prom until I got back...what a nice guy! I get back, we stand in line for pictures, my hair has nearly fallen out of its updo and we have no flowers in the picture...nice! They serve dinner and then a picture slide show...he tells me he's gonna go sit with his "cousin" so he goes away during the slide show. Afterwards the DJ is playin' the music...but I can't find him anywhere...come to find out he was dancing with some other girls...did I mention that he didn't even attend the same school as me??? We dance one or two times and then I leave cuz I'm jus not "feelin' this" anymore, but don't worry...he's still dancing with just about everyother girl in my class. While hanging out with my friends another one of my friends comes up to me and this transpires...

Friend: What the _ _ _ _ is your date doing??

Me: What? I dunno...dancing?

Friend: He's starting a fight on the dance floor!

Me: What?

I head out to the dance floor to find him...he'd ripped off his shirt and was calllin' out some lil dude, about a hundred pounds lighter than him, to fight!! I wanted to die...seriously, I was wishing the dance floor would've just swallowed me up!! We exchanged words and then I said I wanted to leave!

Prom was nearly over and a bunch of us was trying to figure out what we wanted to do...not the hardcore partying type we actually ended up at the movies. While I was paying for my ticket...HE got in free AND he watched another movie!!

The ride home turned into a somewhat X-Rated movie...as I found out the only reason why he said yes to the prom was cuz he thought he was gonna "get some" that night...What a jerk!! Oh...and he didn't even give me a kiss goodnight...on the cheeck or anything...since he was pissed that I didn't "do" him. UGH!

I obviously was pretty pissed at all men in general for a few weeks, but about 2 months later I went on a date with my now husband and couldn't be happier...*wink*...I guess I should appreciate how much of a jerk that guy was cuz if not I wouldn't be able to appreciate how great my hubby is!!

(In re-reading my blog it appears that I haven't fully gotten of this incident 11 years ago...you'd be pretty correct in your assumption...LoL!!)

Awhile back I had the hardest time creating a handle for my yahoo account...I tried all the usual stuff with my name, initials, birthdates, number of letters in my names, year I graduated, none of them worked!! i couldn't believe there was another samantha with my last name...it didn't seem to be a common name...frustrated i thought, "frick, it's just me!" then it popped in my head JuSaMee...jus' samee...or jus a mee...either way I've used that as a username/handle ever since!! wow...i think that was like 7years ago!! Time does fly!

What aspect of your personality could use a little work?

I'm really bossy and sarcastic...in my defense I do alot for family and friends functions and really get the job done. I do realize that I can be offensive at times and I'm trying to work on that...but like I said, when people need something accomplished I'm normally the "go-to girl" even if they don't always like my attitude!!

You crash your friend's car because you're driving too fast in bad weather. Everyone's okay, but the car has to go into the shop. Who pays the deductible?

You do...you crashed the car! It sucks, but thats why I don't like driving other peoples cars and I don't like other people driving mine...thats the way the cookie crumbles...LoL!
